Another pattern request.
When I first thought about developing a golf hat I first thought: “Okay, this might get a bit boring.”
But hey! No, it’s absolutely NOT!
Look at that!

I thought about the most typical things I can imagine about golf.
There is the Teee, a golf ball, a golf player/golfer , and some green and great trees and a golf cart.
And I put all these ideas on this beanie.

The beanie has a corrugated (= multicolor ribbing), followed by a Tee-boder and a golf ball border pattern (peerie). Then come the golfers in their typical position before hitting the ball… and you can see the hole with the flag in the back, too…
Above is a band of trees. The top/crown includes 7 golf carts and repeats the golf ball peerie.
It ends in yellow. And if you put on top of it a little golf ball pompon (you find the description in the pattern, I didn’t add it) but you can see a similar pompon on the pictures of the soccer beanie pattern - it will look like the pompon is put on the yellow Tee :)
The instruction for such a pompon is certainly included in the pattern.
However, it also looks great without pompon!

The whole beanie is knitted with 4-ply sock yarn leftovers.
It can also be knitted with Acrylic or Merino yarn of similar weight.
For bigger sizes go up one needle size and/or use 5-ply yarn or both.

As there are at most two colors in one round the beanie is easier to knit than you think!

Und wieder eine Musteranfrage: Eine Golfermütze
Bei dem Sport könnte man denken, dass auch das Mützenmuster eher langweilig ausfallen würde.
Aber weit gefehlt! Schaut selbst ;-)
Die Mütze hat einen mehrfarbigen Bund, danach kommt das Abschlags - Tee als Bordüre und eine Golfballbordüre.
Gefolgt von Golfern in typischer Abschlagspose. Im Hintergrund sieht man ein Loch mit Fähnchen.
Dann folgen Bäume, Golfwägelchen und wieder die Golfballbordüre.
Obendrauf ist die Mütze gelb (könnt Ihr aber auch anders machen).
Aber ich hab mir was dabei gedacht ;-)
Wenn Ihr nämlich noch einen kleinen Pompon macht (ähnlich dem auf der Fußballmütze), dann habt Ihr einen Golfball obendrauf, der auf dem Tee liegt.
Ich hab darauf dieses mal verzichtet.
Die Anleitung für den Pompon ist natürlich im Muster enthalten.
Aber sie sieht auch ohne Bommel super aus!

Die Mütze ist komplett in 4-fach Sockengarn gestrickt.
Für größere Köpfe verwendet bitte eine Nadel, die eine Nadelstärken größer ist und/oder 5-fach Garn (wie Buttinette Madeleine Merino).
