This knitting pattern is for my Grapevine Cowl.
This bright blue cowl with textured pattern is stylish, warm and comfortable. It is knitted with Aran weight wool and decorated with beautiful bunch of grapes and leaf. This beautiful accessory can be worn with coat, jacket or even with your favorite jumper.

The cowl is quick and easy to knit. It is knitted in the round. The knitting pattern is easy to follow and suitable for beginners. It is very detailed and contains four pages of written row-by-row instructions, chart and pictures. The pattern is written for two sizes.

COWL FINISHED MEASUREMENTS:

  • Short cowl: 20 cm (8 inches) wide and 71 cm (28 inches) in circumference
  • Long cowl: 20 cm (8 inches) wide and 142 cm (56 inches) in circumference

MATERIALS:

  • 1 x 100 g of wool yarn for short cowl; 2 x 100g of wool yarn for long one
  • Circular needle size 7 (4.5 mm) x 60 cm for short cowl
  • Circular needle size 7 (4.5 mm) x 100 cm for long one
  • Set of sock needles size 7 (4.5 mm)
  • Knitter’s needle
  • Stitch marker

WEIGHT OF YARN: Aran

GAUGE:
- 20 stitches and 22 rows = 4”/10 cm in stockinette stitch using needle size 7 (4.5 mm)
