Materials
Mountain Meadow Wool Alpine yarn (100% Merino Targhee wool, 3.5 oz/100 g/260 yd/238 m) – 1 skein in Dove, or approximately 240 yd (219.5 m) in any light weight yarn.

US Size 6/4 mm 40” (100 cm) circular knitting needles (or set of DPNs, for small circumference knitting in the round), or any size needed to obtain gauge.

US Size 5/3.75 mm 16” (40.5 cm) circular knitting needles, or any size needed to obtain gauge.

Yarn needle.

Cable needle or double pointed needle.

Stitch marker.

Gauge
24 sts x 33 rows in cable pattern with larger needles = 4” (10 cm) pinned flat but unblocked. For best fit, always check your gauge.
