Tote features the dramatic profile of a greyhound (head and neck) on a contrasting background. Portrait extends the width and height of the bag. Worked flat; 1 front, 1 back, 1 gusset (purse side/bottom strip) and 1 large greyhound head applique each worked separately and seamed.

Large greyhound applique has a stacked button eye and wears a ribbon collar. Options are given for yo-yo collar adornments or plain ribbon collar. Suggested tote straps: your choice of 1” wide webbing or grosgrain ribbon. Optional lining requires 36” x 18 “ piece of cotton fabric. Finished size 12.75” w x 16” t, not counting strap.

Pattern works up fairly quickly, using written directions and a photo tutorial demonstrating the assembly and finishing steps.

This makes a very striking bag!
