A dress beautiful enough for a queen! The dress is begun at the cabled waistband, which is worked flat and kitchenered together. The skirt is then picked up from the waistband and worked from the top down, and the bodice is worked from the bottom up, finishing with a unique I-cord bindoff. The 4-page PDF includes detailed instructions for how to work each section.
