Suitable for beginner-intermediate knitters. You should be familiar with k2tog decreases, and make-1 increases. You should also be able to work short rows.

Hat is made with worsted yarn held double, and is felted to desired size.

Materials:
100-120m any feltable worsted yarn held doubled.
US size 11 or 13 circular needle.

Washing machine, or hot and cold water
straight-sided bowl or cake tin for blocking

Gauge:
Gauge is unimportant for this project, you only need ensure the hat will be somewhat larger than desired size.
