Named for the legendary Viking queen, Gyda’s Braids is a beautiful warm layer designed in luxurious Woolfolk yarn. A top-down, aran-weight cardigan, it begins with just three stitches, and grows seamlessly from the back to the front with twisting cables and knit-as-you-go button bands.

Woolfolk Tov (100% extra fine merino wool; 158 m/173 yds per 100g skein) in colourway T02 (medium grey); 7 (8, 10, 12) skeins. If substituting yarns, you will need roughly:
