The hat pattern is made especially with leftover yarn and scrap yarn in mind. Use the yarn you have that matches the gauge. Create random stripes and garter ridges, and you will get a very unique and cool hat! I’ve made the pattern as simple as possible, to make it easy to remember. Now you can cast on for a new hat anywhere! The pattern comes with suggestions for stripes (described at the end of the pattern), but I recommend that you let the imagination flow! For the smallest baby size, I recommend not using more than 3 colours.
