Knit your very own monsteropus in two sizes, baby and grown up (babies shown). These little monsters just want to be your pal. Pocket sized and ready to travel! The monsteropus is knit in the round, top down, and the bottom is sewn up after stuffing and working the face. The monsteropus has seven legs.

The pattern includes a detailed list of all the materials you need to make your own monsteropus and detailed instructions for finishing.

Skills Required: Intermediate - long tail cast on, backward loop cast on, knit stitch, placing stitch marker, working in the round, stockinette fabric, sewing, embroidery.

Gauge: 24 sts per 4” (10 cm) and 28 rows per 4” (10cm)

Yarn: For baby size, you will need 50 yards of a worsted weight yarn (Malabrigo Yarn Rios used for samples). For grown up size, you will need 80 yards of a worsted weight yarn.

Needles: US 2.5 / 3.0 mm double pointed needles
