Alternating diamonds in two – or a multitude – of colors adorn this hat. The crown decreases create a design reminiscent of cathedral windows, especially when worked in multiple colors. The Diamond Dot variation adds a speck of contrast color to the center of each diamond. Pattern includes all four variations.

Yarn Requirements:
Approximately 35 grams (65 to 70 yards) Worsted Weight yarn (A)
Approximately 35 grams (65 to70 yards) Worsted Weight yarn (B)
Or a combination of worsted weight yarns totaling about 70 grams (130 to 140 yards)

Small/Medium: US 8 – 5.0 mm needles or size needed to give gauge; Large/Extra-Large: US 9 – 5.5 mm needles or size needed to give gauge.

Small/Medium: 20 sts x 21 rnds = 4” on US #8 needles in Stockinette Stitch color pattern.
Large/Extra-Large: 18 sts x 21 rnds = 4” on US #9 needles in Stockinette Stitch color pattern.
Note: These hats are surprising stretchy, so will accommodate a variety of head sizes.
