This is a simple baby shirt with lots of room for modifications. It features a raglan sleeve; ribbed collar, sleeves, and waistband; a slight scoop neck for easy dressing. Comfy, classy, and stretchy, it’s designed to grow with baby and fit from the newborn stage to about six months, depending on baby’s size. It’s also unisex and can be easily modified to add some feminine or masculine touches if desired.

Materials:

Yarn: about 175-200 yards of any worsted weight
Gauge: 5 stitches/7 rows per inch
4.5mm 16” circular needles or whatever size needles needed to achieve gauge
4.5mm DPNs or whatever size needles needed to achieve gauge
4.00mm needles (circulars and/or DPNs) – for ribbing
4 stitch markers
