Here is my Battle of The Stitches entry for round 2!!!

When the time comes to pack a bag, whether at the beach or at the campground, space is at a premium. The Heather Travel Bag and Blanket provides the user with a modular bag and blanket system, saving space inside the bag by conveniently attaching the blanket to the outside of the Patriotic colored bag. So whether the trip requires a multitude of snacks or a few extra pairs of swim-trunks, make the Heather your choice for comfort and storage. The pattern comes with easy to follow, written instructions with a small photo tutorial to better explain the specific stitches used.

I love this bag so much that I bring it everywhere and the blanket is just as awesome. We can either sit on it and have a small picnic or use it as a blanket.
