the instructions are for women’s sizes small medium and large. to make the shrug child size, use smaller hook sizes.. i have not tested the specifics of this yet, but details will come.

the shrug can be made with 1 strand of yarn for a soft, light, meshy result.. or 2 strands held together for a heavier, thicker, warmer result. the closure can be made with tie strings or a button and loop for the thick version.

the shrug uses between 2 and 6 skeins of caron simply soft, depending on size and style being made.
