Supplies:
Worsted Weight Yarn - I usually use 3 colors (one for the top part of the hat, the other for the bottom part of the hat and I use all 3 for the braids. Small amount of Orange for the beak, white for the eyes.
US H hook 5mm for the hat instructions and a US I Hook 5.5mm for the eyes, beak & ears
2- 1/2 inch buttons for size 0-6 months or 2- 3/4 in buttons for 6 months to Adult
Yarn Needle for sewing in ends
Scissors

Must be familiar with:
magic ring or you can just ch 2 and work in second ch from hook
ch = chain
sl st = slip stitch
