If you know me at all, you’ll know I have an obsession with everything pumpkin spice! I love it almost as much as I love the colour pink. LOL! I’m so excited to share this special pumpkin spice inspired sock pattern with you.

About the design: down the front of the sock is a pumpkin cable surrounded by seeded ribbing. My testers agree that this is an intermediate to difficult pattern simply because of the intricate cable. Don’t let that dissuade you though! If you take the pattern one row at a time, I’m certain you can knit these fun socks!

The gorgeous yarn for this kit was dyed by the brilliant Emily Wessel of Rainbow Heirloom / Tin Can Knits.

So grab your pumpkin spice latte or frappuccino and snuggle up with your yarn and needles to knit these pumpkin-spice-tastic socks! Happy Knitting!

These socks are knit using the magic loop method (although the purchaser could easily adapt it for two circulars or double points).

Judy’s Magic Cast On and Jeny’s Surprisingly Stretchy Bind Off are used in this pattern.

The knitter needs to be comfortable with the following techniques: knit, purl, ktbl, yo, k2tog, M1R, M1L, W+T, twisted stitches, & cables. Instructions for all these techniques are included in the pattern. In addition, a video tutorial for the shadow wrap technique of W+T for short rows has been recorded by the designer.

This pattern includes instructions in both written and chart forms for 56 stitch, 64 stitch, and 72 stitch socks.

Huge thanks to my amazing test knitters: Andrea (angeiship), Ann (roocmc), Ashleah (a1dawen), Barb (outallday), Cristy (cristyray), Susan (clucks), + Tracy (phoenixfire). ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
