This asymmetrical, crescent shaped shawl features striped, short row wedges for interesting colour
contrast possibilities.

Materials:
Northbound Knitting Superwash Merino Fingering: Colour A, (Sterling) 680 yards, Colour B, (Midnight)
130 yards.
Size US 8 needles
Tapestry needle

Gauge:
5 sts=1” in stockinette stitch

K=Knit
RS=Right side
WS=Wrong side
St(s)=Stitch(es)
M1L=With left needle tip, lift strand between sts from front to back, knit into back of loop
M1R=With left needle tip, lift strand between sts from back to front, knit into front of loop
Kf&b=Knit into the front and back of same stitch
W&T=Wrap and Turn-Bring yarn to the front, slip one stitch from left hand needle to right, bring yarn to
