This luxuriously soft and cozy toque is perfect to keep you warm during the winter! It can be worn interchangeably, either as slouchy or pulled down with the brim folded up.

This pattern is fairly easy to follow and knits up ridiculously quick! The toque starts off being knit held double (knitting with 2 strands of yarn simultaneously) & switches over to a single strand for the top third of the hat. You’ll also have enough yarn left over to make a small pair of hand warmers!

Toque (size: Adult Small/Medium)

Baby Alpaca stretches out over time. If you would like a toque that will retain its shape more, I suggest using a merino/alpaca blend so that it will have more structure and still retain some of the softness from the alpaca! =) Any substitute yarn that has a stitch gauge of 14-16st/4 inches will work.
