Keep brisk winds and frozen temperatures at bay with the Interference Cowl. This beautiful, squishy cowl is perfect to wear buttoned-up around your neck or unbutton it and tuck it into your jacket for the ultimate in cold weather protection (and style)! The reversible fabric and button closure offers many style options and the multitude of colors in the Chroma Twist line will keep you busy and bright all winter long.

The Interference Cowl is knit in two shades of Chroma Twist Bulky to create a beautiful color-shifting fabric that highlights the yarns unique effects. The stitch used is a deconstructed brioche stitch which creates a lovely, thick and squishy, reversible fabric. The Cowl is knit flat and begins with a single color worked in-pattern with the second color added in after a few inches. Both colors are used until the first color is nearly gone. The project is then finished with an additional few inches in the secondary color. Because this is a brioche stitch, there is only ever 1 color used at a time so the colorwork looks much more complicated than it actually is. The button and loop closures are added onto the shorter sides at the very end.
