This cowl starts with a provisional cast on and is knit in the round as a tube on 16”-circular needles. When you have completed the lace/stranded/lace sequence the live stitches on your needles are grafted to the beginning stitches. You will “unzip” the provisional cast on, place those sts on a second 16”-circular needle, and then graft the stitches together.
