This shawl is knit from the back top neckline down to the hem. The
body features a cabled vine pattern on a reverse stockinette stitch
background. It is finished with a knit-on ivy leaf and vine border. Note that the lace and textured patterns are presented in chart form ONLY.

If choosing to substitute yarns, pick a sportweight yarn of a similar gauge which will block to a nicely drapey fabric. You will need approximately 625-650 yards of yarn to complete the pattern as written.

This shawl is the second in a 6-part pattern series featuring colorwork and textured patterns for the Wooly Wonka Fibers Herbarium Club 2017. An ebook collection of all the patterns (with patterns released every 2 months during the course of 2017) is also available.
