Jester is a playful headband/neck warmer for those days when you just want to clown around.
This piece is worked sideways in back-loop slip-stitch short rows.
Sizing is flexible as this type of ribbing is so very stretchy.

Small - 15” unstretched, 19” stretched
Medium - 17.25” unstretched, 21” stretched
Large - 19” unstretched, 24” stretched

Pattern is written for Bulky yarn.
Samples were made with Rico Designs Creative melange Chunky - one skein covered both Small and Medium sizes, a bit more needed for Large size. Of course each section may be made with a separate color, or in random stripes to incorporate some of those bits and bobs of yarn in your stash.
