Julienne Baby Sweater is worked top down. At first it is worked back and forth to create the opening in the front while at the same time working eyelet patterns and increases. The work is then joined and the rest of the sweater is worked in the round in stockinette st, except for the garter st edges. Lastly sts are picked up and the ruffle worked.

Gauge: 28 sts x 34 rows on 10 x 10 cm/4 x 4 inches in stockinette st (in the round)
