“What’s in a name? That which we call a rose
By any other name would smell as sweet.”

-Romeo and Juliet (II, ii, 1-2)

Juliet is worked top down to create a shawl that is slightly more than a half-circle in shape. This allows the shawl to drape easily over the shoulders and stay put.

Lace is both written and charted. Increase rows are written.

Finished Dimensions:
Size Large, blocked: 53 inches across, 28 inches from neck to bottom edge
Size Small, blocked: 41 inches across, 21 inches from neck to bottom edge

Customizable Shawl Size: The pattern lists 2 shawl sizes – Small and Large. However, shawl size is completely customizable to allow for maximum yarn use. Simply stop after any increase Section and proceed to edging.
