ERRATA: Under Instructions for cast on, it says to determine number of inches desired for back x3. The x3 should be x6. CHART row 21, there should be no purl sts. All knit sts.

This vest is the easiest you will ever knit. And it’s very basic stranded colorwork, for a denser, but oh-so-drapey fabric. A great first-time stranding project. The vest is knit in three pieces, with very little handwork to do to put together. The front cascades, so the back of the work shows and becomes part of the design proper. .As far as the design itself goes, that is also up to you. The chart included gives general guidelines, but you switch up the colors—or not—at will. Choose any colorways you want, too. This is your invention, and I bet it will be your go-to vest for all seasons!

Sizing is a snap, and you can adapt the pattern to fit anybody and any size.
