Does anyone remember that scene in Jurassic Park when the angry dilophosaurus spreads its neck wings and spits at the people in the car? No? Well. Us knitters have to get our inspiration from somewhere.

Anyway. This hat is reversible! One side has defined ridges and other has more rolling humps. It’s lightweight, foldable, and perfect for summer. Or whenever the sun shines. Or whenever you need a burst of color. And it’s floppy--the brim doesn’t stick straight out unless the mood strikes you to fan it out yourself (spitting is optional).

Yarn: 2 skeins of Knit Picks Shine Sport (60% cotton, 40% modal)
Needes: US 7 / 4.5 mm circular and double-pointed needles
