This sweater ,featuring Celtic Plait and Moss Stitch panels on the Front, is knitted in the round to the armholes, then divided for front and back. The neck edging is knitted at the same time and is integral with the fronts. The sleeves, worked in stocking stitch, have their stitches picked up around the armholes and the sleeves knitted in the round ending at the cuff. If preferred, this design may be knitted flat rather than in the round and outline instructions are included. This pattern does not include charts.

The original yarn for this design shown on the model here was British Breed Yarn Guernsey 5ply by R.E.Dickie.
