As of October 2012 $230 has been donated to the Fitzgerald Cancer Fund. Thank you to everybody who helped support them! Future purchases will continue to go towards the fund.

Level: Beginning Intermediate - cables, increases, decreases
There will be lots of support in the KAL (see below)

Both charted and written instructions are included.

One size fits most. The way the mitt is designed makes a
very stretchy fabric that fits narrow to wide hands while
still looking good.

Another Crafty Girl and I are co-hosting a KAL starting Feb 1st in her group - find the KAL here. There will be PRIZES (Wollmeise and more!) and FUN! You don’t have to use her yarn to participate, although you get a bonus entry if you do!

This pattern was named for Kezia Fitzgerald and is
published in memory of her daughter Saoirse, who on December 13th, 2011 at only 18 months old, lost her battle against Neuroblastoma. Kezia herself is currently in
remission from Hodgkin’s Lymphoma. You can read
Kezia’s blog New Mom…New Cancer to find out more or
donate directly. 100% of the proceeds from this pattern
will go to the Fitzgerald Cancer Fund, which helps
Saoirse’s parents continue to spread the word about
Neuroblastoma. Another Crafty Girl is also donating $5
from each yarn purchase from her shop in the Saoirse
colorway. You can find the yarn at her Etsy shop. If you don’t see any available, send her a message through Etsy and she will be happy to dye some up for you.
