Throughout our lives we may be fortunate enough to meet women kindred to ourselves. They may not necessarily be true blood family, but their beliefs and actions align themselves with ours.
This is a hat for those special women in your life.

Kindred is a PEKAPEKA MULTI pattern; a pattern written for multiple sizes (7 of them, from newborn up to adult), and also multiple yarn weights (4ply/fingering, 8ply/dk, and 10ply/worsted).

Construction
Kindred is a beanie knit in the round from the brim upwards. There are 3 brim options included with the pattern.
The body of the hat is worked in a very simple lace pattern (no charts), and the crown decreases are worked without incorporating the lace; a perfect pattern for those new to lace.

Skills Required
knitting small circumferences in the round, knitting lace

You can purchase Kindred on it’s own, or in the Quaintly Kindred eBook. The Quaintly Kindred eBook is great value…..it contains Kindred, plus all 3 versions of the Quaintly pattern. If purchased individually, the patterns would cost $19.50 (eBook is only $10)
