This Crochet Lace Beret is a perfect accessory for your wardrobe, or it can become a cherished gift for someone special. It provides protection for the top of head from the sun, and provides warmth from sharp Autumn and Spring winds. I modified the basic design of a doily, and crocheted this lace beret.

Includes PATTERN for the Crochet Lace Beret – Alena in three sizes:

• Adult Small
• Adult Medium
• Adult Large

Materials Needed:
3 (2.10 mm) crochet hook, or size to obtain gauge;
“Red Heart Fashion” Crochet Thread Size 3

Skill level :
EASY-INTERMEDIATE.

• dc – double crochet
• dc2tog - double crochet two stitches together
• dc3tog - double crochet three stitches together
• BPdc - Back Post double crochet
• FPdc - Front Post double crochet
