Lamb from Scratch is knit in my very first handspun yarn. I have recommended several commercial yarns to use that will work just fine.

This fun little friend is about 5 inches tall and 3 1/2 inches wide. It is a fast and fun little knit and would also be perfect for using up your stash yarn.

Gauge is always important but exact gauge for this toy won’t make a big difference. If you are off a little your lamb will just be a little bigger or smaller.
