Materials Needed:
Size 2 (2.75mm) straight knitting needles
2(2,2) balls of Patons Kroy sock yarn—166 yards
Darning needle
2 stitch markers
Stitch holders

Abbreviations:
K—knit
P—purl
K2tog—knit 2 stitches together
P2tog—purl 2 stitches together
S1 k psso—slip 1 stitch from left to right hand needle, knit next stitch then pass the slipped stitch over the knitted stitch
Slip1—slip one stitch from left to right needle without knitting
CF3K3—cable stitch slip 3 stitches hold in front, knit 3 stitches and then knit the 3 stitches on the cable hook
CB3K3—cable stitch slip 3 stitches hold in back, knit 3 stitches and then knit the 3 stitches on the cable hook
LT—left twist—slip 2 stitches onto cable hook, hold in front, k1, p1, then p1, k1 from cable hook
RT—right twist—slip 2 stitches onto cable hook, hold in back , k2, p1 then p1, k1 from cable hook
