This can be made with any gauge yarn and any size crochet hook. Obviously, for something that looks more like the lace that Lisbeth wears in the photo, you’ll want a finer gauge yarn. I worked up my example in size 10 crochet thread, but I would really recommend something even finer…perhaps size 20 crochet thread.
