Suzie is a 13 inch (34 cms) doll knitted in DK yarn and ready for her first day at school wearing her smart uniform and new school bag.

Hair is knitted in garter stitch and sewn in place with yarn added to create plaits. School Pinafore and Cardigan which are removable are also in DK yarn.

All pieces are knitted flat on two needles and sewn together.

Gauge not important but if you are a loose knitter you may want to come down a needle size.

40g of flesh coloured DK yarn
30g of DK yarn for hair
40g of DK yarn Pinafore
Small amount of black & white DK yarn for shoes & socks
40g of DK yarn for Cardigan
