Sweet pair of matinee sets for baby boys and girls, consisting of a full matinee jacket and matching boy and girl hats and slippers.

The jackets are the same for both with small details changed, but there is a pull on hat for a boy and a bonnet with frills for a girl.

This is a fancy set, very practical in shape, and very versatile, but it is relatively simple to crochet using just a couple of basic stitches.

The boy’s set looks great trimmed in pale blue, and it could be made all in white if desired.

The download document is large as it contains seperate instructions for UK and US terminology (the US follows on seperately in the 2nd half of the pattern) to avoid confusion, there are also plenty of photographs for reference.
