This adorable newborn beanie can be created in just a few hours. It uses double stranded Caron Simply Soft yarn, is knit in the round (no irritating seams on baby’s head) and is quite simple to make. Included is one row of half double crochet to give it a finishing touch; however, if making for a newborn boy, just continue with the seed stitch pattern for another 1/2 inch instead.
