This easy, reversible cable pattern was inspired by the color palette and tall twisting trunk of the Lodgepole Pine tree. The simple rib design gives way to alternating cables for a striking effect. The beautiful variegated color and soft texture of the yarn make this cowl something truly special. The ribbed cable provides a beautiful design on both sides of the fabric. How clever is that?

One size, finished cowl has a width of 8.5 inches and measures 23 inches around.

Materials needed: size 7 needle, cable needle, 1 skein of DK weight yarn. If desired, you can increase the circumference of the cowl by adding an additional skein of yarn.
