Comfy and soft, a great yarn and pattern combination for a cute and fun slipper. These slippers are quick to make, worked in one piece, and only take up to 163 yards for a large pair for adults. If you have been thinking of learning to crochet, this would be a great project for beginners with a little bit of moxy!

Child Small (Medium, Large); Approx. 6 ¼ (7, 7 ¾) inches from heel to toe

Women’s Small (Medium, Large) finished size from heel to toe 8 1/2 (9 1/4, 10) inches

Choose the size that is closest to your foot length for best results. This slipper will stretch an inch or so to fit most feet comfortably.

Uses approx. 105 (116, 127, 136, 145, 163) yards Malabrigo Sock Yarn, or any comparable light fingering weight yarn will do.

You will also need 2 5/8” buttons for the strap, or choose to leave the strap off if you wish for more of a ballet style slipper.

As all children’s feet sizes vary, this pattern may not cover all sizes, but should fit starting age 3 or 4.

Please note: These are meant to be slipper socks, so they are thin due to using fingering weight yarn.
