Mahalo is the Hawaiian word for thank you. My best friend and I have been recording a podcast, theknitgirllls, for several years now, and we have always been blown away by the generosity and participation of the viewers in the podcast community. We wanted to do something small as a way of saying thanks, and so the Mahalo hat was born.

About the pattern: This hat is knit out of bulky yarn for a quick easy knit. It has a lace pattern on one side to give it a little flair.
