Marlborough Loop is named for, and inspired by, a place where I learned to love the outdoors in my childhood. Dappled sun on the forest floor, gravel riverbanks, and a wealth of learning about local flora and fauna continue to be a treasured part of my life many years since I was last there. This loop scarf lets me keep a reminder of that world with me wherever I go.

Marlborough Loop may be knit in two different widths, and worn folded or draped. The length is easily adaptable with the addition of more yardage in your chosen yarn. As shown here, the narrower loop is shown in a lightweight linen yarn, ideal for warm weather. The wider loop is shown in a luxurious silk and wool blend which is light enough for indoor weather but still warm enough to keep out the chill outside.

Lace patterns are available both written and charted.
