This little hat is perfect for either a boy or girl. The eyelets begin at a different stitch on each eyelet row which creates a slight swirl in the design. The hat is worked in the round beginning with about an inch of 2 by 2 ribbing. Stitches used for this pattern are knit, purl, yo, and K2tog. The pattern produces a stretchy hat that will fit babies with head measurements of about 10 inches.

The hat requires a small amount of yarn. I used antique white when I made the first one, and the hat reminded me of marshmallows, thus the name.

I hope you enjoy making this hat. Please consider donating some Marshmallow Daze hats to a NICU or other charity.

Thank you to my testers Aylin16 and Carleta3021.
