Melrose is a long scarf, especially designed to showcase Koigu KPPPM yarns. The scarf takes 3 skeins, each in a different colorway. If you’d like to make a large wrap, use 9 skeins.

The pattern is quite simple--it only uses 3 stitches. It’s the yarn that makes it. Choose 3 (9) skeins that have traces of the same color in each, preferably going from dark to light. The final scarf/wrap will be a surprise. Note on the length: pattern was designed to use all of each skein. You can shorten the scarf, but not lengthen it. Each “motif” is approximately 2” square.

Please note that you must crochet the swatch in order to understand the pattern and then see what happens when blocked.

Melrose has been available previously from Foxyknits at vendor shows.
