This simple V-neck vest has become my husband’s favorite sweater for layering and is perfect for golfing. It keeps him warm and does not restrict his golf swing. The best part, it is knitted from the top down, so there are no seams to sew.

The sweater vest is worked from the neck/shoulder edge, down the back to the bottom of the arm holes. The back yoke stitches are put onto a holder to be worked up later. Next you will pick up the stitches from the shoulder/neck edge and work down the front until the front yokes equals the back yoke in length.
