The Mermaid Cardi is a chunky sweater for the Little Mermaids in your life. Waves ripple along the bottom of the body, yet the highlight of this simple top-down sweater is the Mermaid fin detail on the back of the piece – a Mermaid splashing into the water.

Construction Details
The sweater is worked seamlessly in one piece from the top down. After working the yoke, sleeve stitches are placed on holders and the body is completed. The body is worked with cables to create the look of a fin. Sleeves are picked up and worked in the round on DPN and then you knit the front band.
