Chic, an adult version of this pattern is here.

This adorable cardigan will put a little chic into any Mum’s life. Deceptively simple to knit, the increases are cleverly blended into the yoke section.

Knit from the top down, this garment is sized from Newborn through to 10 years. The pattern also features instructions for adding long sleeves, making it ideal for both summer and winter wear.

The pattern is fully charted and also has line-by-line written directions so you can choose which to follow.

NOTES
You do not need to be able to read a chart to knit this pattern.

Pattern includes (amongst other things):

  • line-by-line written instructions
  • instructions for both long and short sleeves

The original pattern was published in July 2010 sized 0-2 years. Mini Chic was one of my earliest patterns and inevitably my pattern style has changed and improved over time.

In this new version of Mini Chic, published in December 2012, I have tried to incorporate as much of your feedback as possible. I’ve expanded the sizing, made the neckline narrower and written a fuller/clearer chart (the pattern is now fully charted). I have also reworked the written directions as well as making what I hope are general improvements to pattern usability.
