What is life without fun and whimsical Bee inspired socks? If yellow and black socks are not appealing to you, you can always make these socks using the colors of your choice.

While probably not a great first project for those who are new to knitted socks, this pattern is perfect for those who have knit socks before.

These socks are knit from the toe up using Judy Becker’s Magic Cast-On and the Magic Loop Method (or you could use DPNs if you prefer).

I have included two chart options for the Mosaic pattern (dark background or light background options) as well as written instructions. This pattern includes instructions for ladies size Small/Medium and Large.

The pattern also features a short row wrapped heel and Mosaic color-work technique on the top of the foot/leg. If you like the look of color-work but find trapping floats of stranded color-work tedious, Mosaic color-work is a fun alternative to working with floats!
