I have always loved the textures found within many a fisherman’s sweater and/or mitten pattern. For these mittens, I modified a stitch pattern slightly so it fit my mitten/gauge needs, so this isn’t necessarily a pattern written by me, but more of how I put together this particular pair of mittens.

To make the mittens larger or smaller, adjust yarn weight and/or needle size.

The thumb placement is universal, so either mitten can be worn on either hand.
