Mitts of Many Size Yarns
I started this pattern project because of the many size worsted weight yarns in my stash. This pattern collection offers you the traditional sock yarn mitts pattern as well as two weights of worsted yarn. I found there are solid core worsted weight yarns which make them heavier, requiring fewer stitches to make the same size mitt. Worsted weight yarn that is not as heavy requires more stitches to obtain the same size mitt.
I seriously love the look of the thumbs in this pattern!

Thicker Weight Worsted Yarn – as stated above, it feels like there is a core to the yarn but is not considered a bulky yarn. I have used Universal Yarn Uptown and Lion Brand Kool Wool yarn with this pattern. You may be able to find these yarns or a yarn substitution site to be sure you understand the weight of this yarn.

Mid-weight Worsted Yarn – the light blue pair was made with Lion Brand Wool Ease and working the Clustered Cable Graph. I have also used Adriafil Knitcol yarn with this pattern.
