While test-knitting Soraya’s Faroese Shawl, one of my testers unvented an unusual shawl shape. I have wanted to recreate her beautiful pentagon-shaped shawl – perfect for snuggling into - ever since, and here it is – the More than Faroese Shawl. If you prefer the traditional shaping, instructions for a Faroese Shawl are included as well.

Many thanks to my tech editor cupani, my test knitters pinhappy and tecumsehstitcher and to Dreamchaser0202 for knitting the Faroese sample!
