This is a great pattern for practicing your mosaic (slip stitch) colorwork! We used this pattern in a couple workshops in my shop and it went very well - so much fun to see all the different color combinations! You can substitute just about any worsted weight yarn. The pattern uses one striping yarn and one solid or heathered yarn.

This may be a bit too much for the true beginner. You will need to know how to knit in the round and how to slip a stitch.
