For the days you need a little swing in your step. The strategically placed stripes on the front of the vest elongates and draws the eyes down the body. This visually appealing garment has all the action in the front and simple Stockinette and solid color in the back.

Instructions are given for the smallest size, with larger numbers in parentheses. When only one number is given, it applies to all sizes.

MATERIALS
Yarn: Bijou Basin Ranch “Lhasa Wilderness” (75% yak, 25% bamboo; 180 yds 165 m, 1.98 oz 56 g):
Color A: teal 4 (4, 5, 5, 5, 6, 6) hanks
Color B: sage 1 (1, 1, 1, 2, 2, 2) hanks
Color C: royal 1 (1, 1, 1, 2, 2, 2) hanks

Needles: Size US 5 (3.75 mm): straight and 16” circular, or size needed to obtain gauge.

Hook: Size F/3.75mm

Notions: Stitch markers, stitch holders or waste yarn, tapestry needle.
